Cbh CO-OP’s Board of Directors represents all 12,000+ patrons and share holders and shapes the vision for the co-op while evaluating the performance of the business.

The Board of Directors is comprised of 9 co-op ag producers who are elected by the membership and serve 3-year terms. There are 3 candidates running for 3 open positions this year.
HOW TO VOTE
- Paper ballots will be mailed to all eligible voting patrons. Those ballots can be returned until December 31st.
- Eligible patrons are invited to vote in person a the CBH CO-OP annual meeting on January 28th.

Casey Miller
Butte/Lawrence Counties, SD
Dane Clemetson
At Large, WY
Philip Habeck Crook County, WY
Casey Miller is the Director from Butte and Lawrence Counties, SD, on the CBH CO-OP Board. He owns and operates Miller’s Cow Creek Ranch LLC with his wife and 3 daughters. A 2008 SDS Agriculture graduate, Casey has been on the board since 2017.
Dane Clemetson serves as the At-Large Director for Wyoming on the CBH CO-OP Board. He and his wife own and operate a successful cow/calf operation in northeast Wyoming, where they are deeply involved in the local agricultural community.
Philip Habeck is the Director from Crook County, WY, on the CBH CO-OP Board. He and his wife, Jeanne, own and operate a ranch north of Moorcroft. Philip began his journey on the CBH Board of Directors with FCA in 2003.
